In line with Big Lots' strategy of increasing compliance and visibility within our supply chain, a Social Audit program is being implemented to help ensure that products are manufactured at factories where fair business practices are implemented (in accordance with SA 8000 standard and customer’s requirements).
為增進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈中相符性和可視性的戰(zhàn)略, Big Lots將推行社會(huì)責(zé)任審核項(xiàng)目幫助確保Big Lots的產(chǎn)品能夠在遵照正當(dāng)?shù)纳虡I(yè)行為準(zhǔn)則(遵照SA8000認(rèn)證和客戶(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn))的工廠中生產(chǎn).

Big Lots has selected AsiaInspection as the preferred independent audit provider to visit the factory premises and carry out Social Audits. 為了促進(jìn)這一需求, Big Lots委托Asiainspection亞檢作為獨(dú)立的審計(jì)合作方對(duì)生產(chǎn)方進(jìn)行Big Lots驗(yàn)廠社會(huì)責(zé)任審核.

This audit is based on SA8000 standard and customer’s requirements, including, but not limited to the followings:
本次審核基于SA8000認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系和客戶(hù)的要求，包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：

1. Health & Safety, Hygiene 健康安全與衛(wèi)生
2. Waste Management 廢棄物/排放管理
3. Child Labor 童工
4. Hours, Wages & Benefits 工作時(shí)間與薪酬福利
5. Labor Practices 勞動(dòng)行為

The audit will consist of on-site factory tour (warehouse, production area, dormitory area, canteen & kitchen), document review and interview. Please make sure all production processes are running and related managers/supervisors are available during audit day. You need to provide the related evidence or document to auditor when conducting audit. For details pls. refer to attached Document List and General Audit Plan.
Big Lots驗(yàn)廠審核由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核（包括原料、成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)，生產(chǎn)區(qū)，宿舍區(qū)，食堂及廚房等）、文件審核和員工訪(fǎng)談組成。請(qǐng)工廠確保在審核當(dāng)天所有生產(chǎn)工序在有效進(jìn)行中，相關(guān)經(jīng)理和主管能夠在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解答審核員的疑問(wèn)，相關(guān)的文件資料能夠提前提供給審核員進(jìn)行審核。具體內(nèi)容請(qǐng)參考：《Big Lots驗(yàn)廠社會(huì)責(zé)任審核文件清單》和《Big Lots驗(yàn)廠社會(huì)責(zé)任審核計(jì)劃》

Booking entity is responsible for payment and that payment must be made prior to the service date.
